Service Description

An hour and a half session curated for ANY BODY experiencing tension, exhaustion, pain, or discomfort. This session is unique to each person that walks in the room - We decided the combination of healing work that you will receive TOGETHER. There is no prior experience required of you.... you could be the most non-flexible person... we work with you at any stage that you may be in.
