A Community Circle specifically created with the goal of elevating and healing the future of the world. In Andean Cosmovision, we do not heal alone, only through community, and alongside each other, do we completely heal the full Self. Join Leslie Avila for a 90 minute circle that includes guided meditation, yogic body stretches and movements, and visualizations. No experience required. Come as you are. This class is for YOU if you need to release and reset - rejuvenate and refresh your body and mind - relax tension - learn new techniques - connect back to your ancestral roots - connect back to your true self.
