Service Description

This is only an INTAKE appointment. Actual appointment will be scheduled after this initial call. Our sessions are curated for ANY person experiencing tension, exhaustion, pain, or discomfort. This session is unique to each person that walks into the room. Together, we will decide on the combination of healing that you need. There is no prior experience required of you.... you could be the most tense person... we work with you at any stage that you may be in. What you might need is a hands and feet healing, or a complete yoga stretching session. Maybe you only need a private guided meditation. This consultation will help us understand what you need. Overthinking? Can't sleep at night because you think too much? Suffer from headaches? This offering can include a head and scalp massage.
